FACTORY LEASING PROCESS
STEP 01
PRE-INVESTMENT
- The HLI sales team provides consultation on project information, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure the production site (for example: sign a lease agreement, pay a one-month rental deposit).
STEP 2
LEASE AGREEMENT
- Sign the lease agreement for the factory (Client does not have a legal entity in Vietnam).
- Deposit 3 - 6 months' rent.
STEP 3
COMPLETION OF LICENSE
- Investment Registration Certificate (IRC).
- Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC).
30 to 45 working days from the date of submission of valid documents.
STEP 4
LEASE AGREEMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
- Sign the lease agreement for the industrial facility. Within 5 days from the date of receipt of the IRC, ERC.
