HLI EcoHub Nam Ha Honored to Welcome Delegation from Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee to Visit Project
On the morning of July 29, HLI EcoHub Nam Ha had the distinct honor of welcoming Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, and a working delegation. The visit focused on inspecting and working within the Nam Ha industrial clusters in Tra Tan Commune, part of the new Lam Dong province (formerly Dong Ha Commune, Duc Linh District, Binh Thuan Province).
During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai highly praised the efforts of the local authorities and investors, including Hoa Long Invest. He noted that their contributions have helped transform Tra Tan into a vibrant industrial zone, unlocking significant socio-economic development opportunities and creating stable jobs for local residents.
The Vice Chairman also emphasized the province’s commitment to further improving transportation infrastructure, particularly by upgrading Route 11 to provide convenient access for workers, especially those on night shifts.
HLI EcoHub Nam Ha is proud to have been selected as a key destination for the delegation’s visit. This recognition reaffirms its pioneering role in creating a green industrial space and its partnership with the local government on this new development journey following the merger of Tra Tan into Lam Dong province.
Tra Tan: Accelerating Infrastructure Development and Attracting Investment
In recent years, Tra Tan (formerly Duc Linh district, now part of Lam Dong province) has been rapidly transforming into an attractive destination for industrial investors, particularly in modern manufacturing and sustainable development.
Currently, Tra Tan is home to four major industrial clusters: Dong Ha, Nam Ha, Nam Ha 2, and Tan Ha 3. With a total infrastructure investment exceeding 750 billion VND, these clusters have attracted 13 large-scale projects with advanced technology, providing jobs for over 3,000 local workers.
- Dong Ha Industrial Cluster: With an area of 38.4 hectares, it has a 61.43% occupancy rate and is home to 7 active projects.
- Nam Ha Industrial Cluster: Covering 70.42 hectares, this cluster has achieved a 100% occupancy rate. A key tenant is Nam Ha Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd., which employs over 3,000 workers.
- Nam Ha 2 Industrial Cluster: Spanning 74 hectares, this cluster has a 97.03% occupancy rate and has attracted 5 secondary investors.
- Tan Ha 3 Industrial Cluster: Newly approved in June 2025, this cluster is actively seeking an infrastructure investor.
Additionally, the local government is working to complete procedures for a large-scale 300-hectare industrial park, opening up significant growth potential for the future.
Going forward, the Commune People’s Committee must continue to clear land and upgrade Route 11 to ensure traffic safety, especially for night-shift workers. The issue of street vendors encroaching on the road during shift changes must also be addressed to maintain safety.

Building on this success, on July 26, 2025, the project officially commenced Phase 2, which will add another 82,462 m² of factory space. This multi-phase approach allows businesses to easily scale their operations or invest according to a specific roadmap.
