On the morning of July 26, 2025, Hoa Long Construction and Investment Company (Hoa Long Invest) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of the HLI EcoHub Nam Ha ready-built factory project. This phase will add over 82,000m² of flexible factory space to the development.
HLI EcoHub Nam Ha, a ready-built factory project developed by Hoa Long Invest, is on a mission to create a green, sustainable, and modern industrial real estate model. Located in Tra Tan commune, part of the new Lam Dong province, the project boasts a strategic location bordering Dong Nai.
